Green Goddess- the new sexy juice!

The Green Goddess was an amazing manifestation of both my desire to create a new juice for the truck and my work with the goddess archetype that I am cultivating in my personal life and healing work.

I wanted dark leafy greens and I wanted fresh squeezed citrus juice.

And I wanted to behave with more awareness and gentleness around my center of power and the role that I play in my own happiness, health, pleasure, and love.

So I made a kale, green apple, and orange juice. Simple. Luxurious. Healing & rich.

I drank every sip of that juice with a heightened sense of taste and touch, as if every liquid morsel was packed with wisdom of ages, handed down from women who had
enriched their lives with the freshness of ripe and raw fruits and juices. It filled me. Energy, revitalizing enzymes, cleansing citrus, the sweet and sour dance of the apple dancing with the bitterness of the kale. It was so freaking good, I stood silent for minutes pondering how easy it all was. The Green Goddess. Fulfillment.

Now we sell them like hotcakes on the Juice Truck. Last week I got an order online for a juice delivery to a post-production editing suite in midtown Manhattan. The opening line stated "Hi, we'd like to place an order for 10 Green Goddesses...".
